Lezlie Ponder

Lezlie Ponder is a native of Ohio. She graduated from the University of Akron in 2005 with a Bachelor's in Social Work. She relocated to Texas in November 2013, following the Lord's promises and instructions. Her and her husband, Kevin, do not have any biological children. However, they are blessed to have 28 nieces and nephews, and an array of "church babies".  

Lezlie attends Christ Restoration Tabernacle. She currently serves on the praise team, intercessory prayer team, finance team, hospitality committee, and youth department. In 2016, she became a licensed Minister in Texas.

Mrs. Ponder is an active member of Gamma Sigma Sigma National Service Sorority Inc., serving on a national committee and as Treasurer of her local chapter, Houston Bayou City Alumni. Lezlie served as an event organizer for the Health and Wellness Committee of Pentecostal Missionary Baptist Church. Every year, she participates in Stellar Bank's Community Reinvestment Program activities. She works with United Blessings Ministries, a collaboration of ministries working to extend the love of God to the homeless population. She also serves on the planning team of Brighter Journey’s Toy Drive in Houston, Texas. As a servant leader, Lezlie believes community service is how you show love to humanity.
